Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. Good(s) have to be unused and unchanged. When you want to return your good(s) always contact: customerservice@finaali.net.

The customer must pay the returning costs. If there is something wrong with the product we delivered to you, then we pay all the costs of the return.

Customized jerseys can not be returned. 

 

Tracking your order

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
